CLUB POLICY

1. Membership and Conduct

- The club reserves the right to remove any member from the club if necessary due to violations of this policy or disruptive behavior.
- Injuries or damages caused during events or activities are the responsibility of the individual member.
- Sharing club project files, designs, or any confidential materials with the public or third parties is strictly prohibited.
- The club is authorized to request identification from members or visitors if necessary for security or administrative purposes.
- Club membership is refundable only if the member is unable to continue due to health reasons or relocation.
- Transportation to events is not included in the membership fee; only event participation is covered.
- Attendance at events is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended. If a member is unable to attend, they should notify the club via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Additional no-show fees may apply for unreported absences.


2. Membership

- Membership is open to all students and individuals passionate about aerospace and related fields.
- Members must maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward one another and adhere to the club’s code of conduct.
- Membership fees are collected annually and contribute to club projects and resources.


3. Code of Conduct

- Respect: All members are expected to treat one another with kindness, respect, and professionalism both within and outside the club.
- Collaboration: Members should encourage teamwork and open communication, supporting each other in various projects and initiatives.
- Responsibility: Each member is accountable for their actions and contributions to the club. Failure to fulfill responsibilities may result in a review of membership.


4. Club Activities

- The club organizes various events, workshops, and projects centered around aerospace, including hands-on design and testing of RC aircraft, hybrid rocket engines, and more.
- Participation in events and projects is encouraged but not mandatory. However, members who commit to projects are expected to remain actively engaged and contribute to the completion of tasks.
- Members should inform the club leadership in advance if they are unable to attend or participate in a planned event or project.


5. Use of Club Facilities and Resources

- All members have access to the club’s equipment and facilities. This includes tools, design files, and workshop space for projects.
- Members must follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
- Any damage or malfunction caused by negligent use of club property must be reported immediately, and the responsible member may be asked to contribute to repairs or replacement costs.
- All resources, including design files, should only be used for club-related activities unless permission is granted by the leadership.


6. Intellectual Property

- Design files, manuals, and prototypes developed by club members are intellectual property of the club.
- Members must respect the confidentiality and ownership of the materials created within the club. Any work created by members is for personal development or public sharing under proper authorization.
- Members are encouraged to share their work and innovations, but collaboration and credit for the work must be recognized.


7. Safety

- Safety is a top priority in all activities, whether during events, projects, or workshops.
- Members must wear appropriate safety gear when required and follow all safety guidelines when operating machinery, handling tools, or working with materials.
- Any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to the club leadership.


8. Leadership and Governance

- The club is student-led, with an executive board responsible for decision-making, planning events, and managing the club’s resources.
- The executive board includes roles such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and -Secretary. These positions are elected annually by the club members.
- All major decisions are made in collaboration with the members, ensuring everyone has a voice in shaping the direction of the club.


9. Financial Management

- Club funding is derived primarily from membership fees, donations, and occasional fundraising events.
- The club leadership is responsible for managing the club’s finances transparently.
- Budget details will be shared with the members at regular intervals, and any expenditure above a certain threshold requires member approval.


10. Attendance and Commitment

- Regular attendance and participation are expected of members to ensure the club’s continued success.
- Members must communicate in advance if they cannot attend an event or project they committed to.
- Habitual lack of participation without reasonable explanation may result in a review of membership status.


11. Club Values
